Executive Coaching that changes how you lead

You already know the theory. What you need is someone who will sit across from you, ask the uncomfortable question, and help you act on the answer. That is what we do at Pro Exec Pinnacle.

Four conversations that matter

Most coaching programmes stretch to six months before anything shifts. Ours is built around four distinct phases, each with a clear output you can point to.

Week 1: the diagnostic

We spend 90 minutes mapping where your leadership actually is, not where your last 360 said it was. You leave with a written brief of the two or three patterns holding you back.

Weeks 2–4: the pressure test

We take a live decision you are facing and work through it together. The goal is not to solve the problem for you. It is to expose the reasoning habits that keep producing the same kind of outcomes.

Weeks 5–8: the rebuild

New frameworks get tested in your real meetings, real board papers, real one-to-ones. We debrief weekly by phone, usually for 30 minutes. Short, focused, practical.

Week 10: the review

We sit down again and compare where you started with where you are. You get a written summary of what changed and what to keep working on independently.

What previous clients measured

Numbers from the past three years, drawn from post-engagement surveys and follow-up calls at six months.

34%
Faster decision cycles

A group CFO at a FTSE 250 firm tracked her average time-to-decision across capital allocation requests. After ten weeks of coaching, the median dropped from 14 days to 9.

2.1×
Increase in direct reports' engagement scores

One managing director in financial services saw his team engagement index rise from 38 to 80 within two quarters. He attributes this to changing how he ran Monday stand-ups.

91%
Would recommend to a peer

Of 47 leaders coached since 2022, 43 said they would recommend the programme to a colleague at the same level. Four were neutral. None said no.

Our approach is simple, which is not the same as easy

We do not use personality inventories. We do not assign homework worksheets. We do not send you a link to an online portal with 47 modules.

What we do: we listen to how you describe the problems in front of you, and we notice the assumptions buried inside those descriptions. Then we challenge those assumptions, together, until you find ones that serve you better.

The method draws on cognitive behavioural principles, but you will never hear us use jargon in a session. If an idea cannot be explained in plain language, it is not ready to be useful.

Sessions happen by video or in person at our office in Jaskolskistone, Scotland. Most clients prefer video for the mid-programme check-ins and face-to-face for the diagnostic and review.

Who this is for

We work with a narrow band of leaders. If you recognise yourself below, we should talk.

C-suite and board members

You have been in the role long enough to know the technical side. The challenge now is influence, stakeholder alignment, and knowing when to let go of a decision.

Senior directors stepping up

The gap between directing a function and leading an organisation is wider than it looks from below. We help you cross it without losing what made you effective in the first place.

Founders past the startup phase

Your company has grown beyond the point where you can hold every thread. The habits that built the business are now slowing it down. We help you see which ones to keep.

Leaders in transition

Joining a new organisation, inheriting a new team, or returning from a career break. The first 90 days set the tone. We help you set the right one.

Questions we hear often

Honest answers, no sales language.

How much does a coaching engagement cost?
A full ten-week programme is £4,800 plus VAT. That covers the diagnostic session, weekly check-ins, the review, and all written summaries. There are no add-on fees.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. About 60% of our clients are sponsored by their organisation. We invoice the company directly and can provide a scoping document for your HR or L&D team to approve.
What if I realise after the first session it is not right for me?
You pay nothing beyond the diagnostic. We refund the balance within five working days. This has happened twice in three years; both times the person came back six months later and completed the full programme.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. If your employer is sponsoring the engagement, we agree a summary format in advance. That summary covers themes and progress, never specific content from sessions. You approve it before it goes anywhere.
Do you work outside the UK?
We have coached leaders in Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore and the US, all by video. Time zones have not been a problem so far; we schedule flexibly.
